Curriculum refinement – to continue to ensure that pupils build on their prior learning and develop secure knowledge across the curriculum  

Vulnerable groups – to continue to close the attainment gap by removing barriers to learning for vulnerable children.  

Extending leadership – to continue to expand leadership capacity at all levels  

Personal development – to ensure that the support provided for children gives them the skills to thrive in and out of school. 

Maintenance – to ensure fidelity to the established schemes of work and to the schools' pedagogy for teaching and learning to avoid ‘lethal mutation’
